For this elimination diet recipe, the goal is to use as little ingredients as possible to satisfy all nutritional needs. Doing so allows the recipe to be fed for an extended period without worrying about deficiencies.

WHAT IS AN ELIMINATION DIET An investigational short-term or possible lifelong diet that omits foods suspected or known to cause adverse food reactions or inflammatory responses.

Ingredients that are least likely to trigger a food sensitivity reaction are chosen. We recommend making small batches of food.

Substituting or changing ingredient amounts is not recommended to ensure the recipe stays nutritionally balanced.
